We will celebrate full bellies, friendship, and the passing of a pretty honest winter with our Third Annual Big Beef Dinner, on Wednesday, April 3. This modest early-spring bacchanal will be flush with the finest locally-raised, dry-aged, grass-fed beef. To do full justice to the food, we will also unveil some special red wines and an old-school beefy cocktail.
