1st course
Maine crab salad with Cara Cara oranges & citrus emulsion

Cauliflower soup with wild mushrooms & curry oil

2nd course
Seared diver scallops with roasted celery root, crispy potato & onion jus
Roast pork loin with potato gnocchi, mizuna & natural reduction

Warm chocolate & peanut butter cake with wild rice crisp & rasberry preserves
Bananas foster profiteroles with coconut ice cream
& butterscotch caramel
