Seared Fazio Farms duck breast with shaved brussels sprouts,
potato galette & natural jus

Oil poached L.I. striped bass with little neck clams, fingerling
potatoes & clam broth

3rd Course
Lemon tart with candied peel
Goat cheese cake & chocolate macadamia short bread
